Men's Group

In 2010 Baby and Beyond Supported Playgroup is extending the support we offer to male partners of women suffering from Postnatal Depression or Anxiety.

Recent studies have shown that as many as 50% of the partners of of women suffering with PND will be experiencing some form of depression themselves.

The Men's Group will offer 2 hour sessions and an opportunity to meet with other male partners who may have experienced similar issues. 

The group will be led by Psychotherapist and Counsellor, Freddie Liger. Freddie will also be supported by a male co therapist Andrew Grady. 

The sessions are 2 hours in duration on a Tuesday evening and dates are as follows:

TERM 2

April 27th 2010, 6:30-8:30pm

May 11th 2010, 6:30-8:30pm

May 25th 2010, 6:30-8:30pm

June 8th 2010, 6:30-8:30pm

June 22nd 2010, 6:30-8:30pm

Costs are $250 for the 5 sessions and will be held at  North Sydney Leagues Club, Cammeray.
